

Ball Extension
Muscles worked: Inner Thigh Muscles
- Lay on your back and support yourself on your elbows.
- Grab an exercise ball between your ankles and squeeze very tightly.
- Lift the ball and bend your legs.
- Lift our legs slightly and extend your legs straight like shown. Return to the start position.
- Lift our legs slightly and extend your legs straight like shown. Return to the start position.
