Monitoring calorie intake, fat, protein, sodium, fiber, sugar, and carbohydrates. Its alot, I know!!! In order to get the dream body you want or the body your frame is meant to have, this is what you have to do.
Find a eating routine that best fits your schedule and stay with it. CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!! (includes 5-7 meals a day) Use common sense. If you think just for a second that what you are eating is not good for you, you are probably right.
In smart grocery shopping, stay away from the middle aisles. Only shop in the front, where the fruits and vegetables are, and in the back, where the fish and non-processed meats are. If you get confused, ask someone for help. Remember, the ratio of living a healthy lifestyle is 70% eating health and 30% working out.
