SOME FITNESS MYTHS TO AVOID!!!


To be healthy and fit stop letting myths hold you back:

1. Walking is not as effective as running.
2. Exercises increases hunger.
3. It doesn't matter where your calories come from.
4. Diet alone is enough for substained weight loss.
5. There is no best time for exercise.

Just do it, stop trying to figure out the plan. The best way is to get it going and don't stop.
