Food Control

Many of us what to change certain things about ourselves and doing whatever measures to get it done. Whether its getting plastic surgery, obsessing about exercise, or extreme dieting to get what we want. Dieting is a word that I rather not use. Food control is a better term. Food control is monitoring what you eat on a day to day basis without having the effects of boredom and withdraws. Following a food control program can lead to a much happier and healthier lifestyle.

I honestly feel people know how to eat healthy. Its just a matter of dedication, determination, and consistency. And there are people that really have absolutely no clue. Healthy eating can also put a hole in your pocketbook, but its the same as spending money on things to you want (hair, clothes, vacations, etc). You don't ever want to put a price tag on your health.
So I want you to control the food you put into your body and exercise to compliment the result. If you need help in preparing or having access to a control program, contact your local nutritionist or fitness center or me for that matter. :)
