ARE FEMALE ATHLETES LOSING THEIR FEMININITY?

Ok this is a question that my clients and I have been discussing for several days, are female athletes losing their femininity? I am on the fence about this one because I am a female athlete that embraces my femininity, but at the same time your body type as a female athlete overdevelops into the sport you train for. There is a stereotypical body type for every sport; volleyball, basketball, track and field, softball, soccer ,etc.
Many female athletes loves to play dress up and show how proud they are to be a female, the athleticism is just a compliment to her gender. I feel you have the whole package. But on the other hand, you have individuals outside of being an athlete disagree. Looking like a man is not ok. Well, I get it ,but who are you to judge. Some female athletes love the manly build because it makes them feel beautiful, strong, and confident as a woman. Sometimes that is all they have. So to answer the question, are female athletes losing their femininity? I will let you decide.
